Kristina Manuzón is the owner and designer behind the jewelry brand, Manuzón. She was born and raised in the Bay Area and is a second generation Filipina American artist. Kristina studied Fashion Design at the Academy of Art University and currently works as a product developer for women's apparel. She began working with polymer clay in 2019 and it inspired her to create a brand that would not only give her a creative outlet, but also offer quality products that allow people to feel confident and beautiful. Kristina chose to use her family name for her business to honor and celebrate her family with every design she releases.
Each piece is thoughtfully designed and crafted in small batches. The process involves mixing, cutting, sculpting, baking, sanding, drilling and assembling by hand from start to finish. While polymer clay is the main medium used for Manuzón jewelry, some pieces also incorporate elements of brass, beads, and crystals.
